Amberdms recommends customers consider using our hosted version of the Amberdms Billing System due to the ease of use and reliability it brings, however this may not be desirable for larger businesses wanting onsite installation or integration with other locally based IT systems.
Whilst the open source version is available for download, Amberdms recommends signing up to one of our supported plans - these deliver great value for money with support and upgrade services all bundled into one fee. And since we only charge based on the number of employees rather than the number of calls, it's easy to budget as well.

At Amberdms we don't like limiting customers to a specific number of support enquiries or limiting some of the best features to higher paying plans.
All of our support plans entitle you to a fully featured application (after all, it's open source) and unlimited support enquiries, with the price being based on the number of employees in the company/department using the application.
