On the morning of October 12, Mr. Sun Gongwen, deputy secretary of the HZZK High-tech Zone committee and secretary of the political and legal committee, led the main leaders of Office of Public Utilities of HZZK High-tech Zone to the construction site of municipal projects including He Chang 1st Road project, Wuyi Avenue quality improvement project, the project of Liantang Avenue underpassing the JingJiu (Beijing-Kowloon) railway, the auxiliary project of Ganzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway Zhongkai Station and other projects to supervise the construction work. At the construction site, Secretary Sun listened to the project manager’s report on the situation of the projects under construction and safety production, and learned in detail about the construction progress of each project and the difficulties encountered in the project construction. At the construction site of Liantang Avenue underpassing the JingJiu (Beijing-Kowloon) railway project, with regard to the problems encountered in the process of the project, such as river inversion on rainy days, Secretary Sun stressed: the lead unit should take the initiative to contact, organize and coordinate the relevant units and departments to do field research, and seriously implement the rectification of problems to ensure the quality and progress of construction. Do a good job in safety production, guide and urge construction units to implement safety supervision responsibilities, and strictly prevent safety production accidents.

　　At the construction site of the auxiliary project of Ganzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway Zhongkai Station, the major project of the Office of Public Utilities, Secretary Sun required the construction unit to set project schedule in reversed order, strictly control the quality of the project, and ensure that the construction of the auxiliary project is completed in accordance with the given time with high quality, high standards and high efficiency. Before the emergence of extreme weather such as typhoons, possible emergency situations and construction accidents must be prevented and handled to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
