On the morning of October 25, Huizhou ZhongKai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone (HZZK High-tech Zone) held the work meeting of Party history study and education tour guidance group of HZZK High-tech Zone Committee. Lei Yulin, the leader of the 7th tour guidance group of the Party history study and education of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and gave a speech. 　　Lei Yulin conveyed the relevant spirit of the Provincial Party Committee, the Municipal Party Committee and the work requirements, and put forward five advices. First, do a good job of “prescribed actions”. Sort out and improve the Party history study and education record. Second, speed up the progress to do practical work, regularly follow up the completion of various practical work. Third, pay attention to the transformation of results and transform the learning results into practical actions to “do practical work” and “make new advances”. Fourth, pay attention to changes in public opinion, strengthen risk prevention and resolution of Party history study and education public opinion. Fifth, establish a long-term mechanism to promote the normalization of Party history study and education.

First, strengthen political guidance and enhance the consciousness of action in learning and education. To urge and guide all units to in-depth study, publicize and implement the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s “July 1” Important Speech and the learning of the histories of the Party, New China, the reform and opening-up, and socialist development, and carry out in-depth activities on the theme of “Learning history by practice and making new advances, Zhongkai is more wonderful with me”. Second, strengthen the accuracy of the focus guidance and create a strong atmosphere driven by demonstration. To supervise the unit being guided according to the characteristics of different groups to accurately carry out Party history study and education, accurately grasp the scale of supervision work, accurately determine the scope of supervision. Third, reinforce the good attitude of guidance for practical work and form a distinctive guide to serve the people. To promote the implementation of the effectiveness, build a system to promote long-term effect, and find highlights to establish a typical. Fourth, strengthen the accuracy of the problem guidance, showing the spirit of self-revolutionary character.
