On the morning of November 14, Huizhou ZhongKai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone (HZZK High-tech Zone) held a forum for NPC deputies and CPPCC members, convening a total of 100 representatives of the new NPC deputies and CPPCC members from HZZK High-tech Zone to jointly provide advices for the high-quality development of the zone. Tian Shengsi, deputy secretary of the zone Party Committee and executive deputy director of the zone Management Committee, leaders of the zone including Wang Yunbo, Tan Shaoting, Tang Jun and the heads of relevant departments attended the forum. The forum was presided over by Qian Yingjie, secretary of the Leading Party Group of NPC and CPPCC of HZZK High-tech Zone.

　　Tian Shengsi explained in detail the completion and achievements of the main work of HZZK High-tech Zone Management Committee during the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-2020) from six aspects: industrial development, technological innovation, urban planning, environmental protection, people’s livelihood security, and Party building. And he put forward the main work requirements for the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) centering on the goal of building a richer, more beautiful, safer and happier first-class high-tech zone. First, insist on focusing on the main business, strengthening the industry, and strive to promote high-quality development to achieve new results. Second, continue to be technology-driven and innovation-driven, and give new advantages to internal driving forces. Third, adhere to advanced planning and fine construction and fine management, and strive to promote the image of the city to show new features. Fourth, insist on strictly observing the bottom line, green development, and strive to promote the construction of ecological civilization to achieve new progress. Fifth, put the people first, benefit them, and strive to improve people’s wellbeing to a new level. Sixth, continue to be strict and practical, improve the quality and efficiency, and strive to bring a new outlook to government self-improvement. He hoped that the new NPC deputies and CPPCC members could live up to the expectations and great trust of the people, conscientiously perform their duties in the future, contribute wisdom to the development of HZZK High-tech Zone around the goals and tasks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and earnestly undertake the mission of promoting development and serving the people.

　　At the forum, delegates spoke enthusiastically and put forward opinions and suggestions on topics such as improving people’s livelihood, social governance, industrial development, rural revitalization, supporting policies for small and medium-sized enterprises, and introduction of high-tech talents. Subsequently, the zone leaders answered the opinions and suggestions of the representatives and committee members according to their respective responsibilities; the person in charge of the relevant units directly under the zone responded one by one.　

　　Before the forum, NPC deputies and CPPCC members also visited the starting area of the China-Korea (Huizhou) Industrial Park and the Ganzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway Zhongkai Station to fully understand the development status of the HZZK High-tech Zone.
