On the morning of February 18, the plenary session (enlarged) of the CPC Huizhou Zhongkai High-Tech Zone Committee was held in Kerong Venture Building. The participants studied and implemented the important spirit of maintaining a healthy economic environment, a stable social environment and a clean political environment (hereinafter referred to as the "three environments") conveyed by General SecretaryXi Jinping at the central economic work conference. Huizhou Zhongkai High-Tech Zone shall implement the deployment of the provincial and municipal Party committees to maintain the "three environments", so that the work of the whole zone can be centered on the convening of the 20th CPC National Congress. Meanwhile, Huizhou Zhongkai High-Tech Zone shall concretize the maintenance of the "three environments" into daily work, adopt new methods with good results and make new contributions in accelerating the construction of national first-class high-tech zones. Wu Xianmin, Secretary of the district Party committee, presided over the meeting.

　　Wu Xianmin stressed that all departments at all levels and Party members and cadres in the region should strictly implement the requirements of theList of Key Tasks and Measures for Maintaining the "Three Environments" in Zhongkai High-Tech Zone, and pay attention to the "time, scale and efficiency" of the work. To make good use of the opportunity, we should not only fully consider the impact of changes in the situation and conditions, but also remain strategic concentration and patience in the changes. We should take advantage of major opportunities such as the construction of "two zones" and two cooperation zones to further consolidate the foundation of high-quality development; we should better control the "scale" and have overall and systematic thinking when making decisions; pay more attention to "efficiency", establish a guidance of practical, and work steadily and effectively.

　　On how to effectively implement of the "three environments", Wu Xianmin put forward three requirements. First, we should adhere to political learning and enhance the political consciousness of supporting "two establishments" and "two upholds". We should firmly support and keep up with the core ideas, study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgments, and constantly improve ourselves in learning and practice. Second, we should focus on high-quality development and tenacity of economy. In our work, we should seek progress while maintaining stability, improve professional ability for better economy and high-quality development of industrial economy. Make good use of the general trend to improve quantity and quality, and strive to complete the main expected objectives of economic and social development set at the beginning of the year. Third, we should maintain the overall security and stability of society and continue to build a new pattern of shared construction, governance and future. We should do practical things for people's livelihood, better coordinate high-quality development and safety, and carry out pandemic prevention and control strictly and carefully.

　　At the meeting, Tian Shengsi, deputy secretary of the district Party committee and executive deputy director of the management committee, made a deployment speech on maintaining a stable and healthy economic environment; Sun Gongwen, deputy secretary of the district Party committee and Secretary of the political and legal committee, on maintaining the social environment of national peace and public security; Lv Quanzhou, member of the Standing Committee of the district Party committee and Secretary of the district Discipline Inspection Commission, on maintaining a clean and positive political environment.

　　The main venue and parallel sessions were set for the meeting. Members of the district leading group, municipal management cadres at or above the deputy department level, main leaders of the party and government of all towns (streets), members of the leading group of all units directly under the District, and main principals of all units stationed in Zhongkai and state-owned enterprises under the district attended the meeting in the main venue. Leaders at or above the department level of each park and members of the leading group of each town (street) attended the meeting at parallel sessions.
