On the morning of April 27th，the inauguration ceremony of the Party Work Committee of CPC and Administration Committee of HZZK (Huizhou Zhongkai) Hi-tech Zone was held satisfactorily. A member of the Standing Committee of the municipal committee, Director of the Organization Department Li Ming attended the inauguration ceremony and delivered a speech. Wu Xianmin, Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Tonghu Ecological Smart Zone, as well as Secretary of the Party Work Committee of CPC and Director of the Administration Committee of HZZK Hi-tech Zone, delivered a speech on behalf of the Party Work Committee and Administration Committee of HZZK Hi-tech Zone.

　　Li Ming pointed out that HZZK Hi-tech Zone should improve its political awareness. With a high awareness of focusing on politics, viewing from the overall perspective and development, we must deeply understand the great significance of promoting the work of institutional adjustment and standardization, follow the requirements of the Municipal Committee's arrangements strictly, and promote the work of institutional adjustment and standardization steadily and orderly. We need to ensure that there is no confusion in the thought, the work progresses continuously, and the team is not undisciplined and has strong motivation to work. The leadership should quickly fulfill its work, streamline the work plan, strengthen unity and cooperation, and strive to build a leadership group towards the same direction for the goal, with the same pace of action and for the same cause, so as to create a positive atmosphere of working together for the cause. We need to stand on a new starting point, stick to the first task of high-quality development, further enhance the sense of mission, shoulder the responsibility, take advantage to expand the total economic output, improve the quality of development, and make more efforts and greater contribution to create a new growth pole for high-quality development in Guangdong and build a happier domestic city of first-class.

　　Wu Xianmin indicated that HZZK Hi-tech Zone will adhere to the guideline of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, taking the institutional adjustment and standardization as a new opportunity, to unify and lead the party members of the CPC and the cadres to focus on high-quality development. Taking real economy as the foundation, and industry as the pillar, sticking to the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, adhering to the people-centred development thought, opening our mind, and striving continuously, we have made breakthroughs in various fields such as industrial development, scientific and technological innovation, urban construction and people’s livelihood services. With a new atmosphere, undertaking new duties, and getting new achievements, we strive to create a new circumstance of building a national first-class high-tech zone comprehensively, and make more efforts and greater contribution to create a new growth pole for high-quality development in Guangdong and build a happier domestic city of first-class.
