It includes the construction such as roads, bridges, and the systems of rainwater drainage, sewage, illumination, power channels, and communication channels as well as road greening, green public areas, waterside landscapes, etc.

　　Among them, Kechuang Avenue, Yingtong Avenue and Taitang East Road are the main roads of the city, which are the main components of the traffic artery in the western area of the industrial park. They have important functions of providing passage and relief to the traffic, and are important arterial roads that connect the inside of the area to the outside. As a north-south urban secondary road in the western area, Songling Avenue is part of the main road network around the project, playing the role of regional connection as well as distribution and transportation. At present, there are about 163 industrial enterprises in the western area, including 22 enterprises under construction and 6 ones newly put into production. As enterprises enter successively, the traffic flow and passenger flow are increasing, and the original infrastructure is unable to meet the practical needs.
