On the afternoon of April 26, the Party branch of HZZK administrative service center organized all Party members to make a study visit to the narcotics control and anti-fraud educational base in HZZK. The purpose of the visit is to study and implement the spirit of the important directive of Xi Jinping, the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, on narcotics control and anti-fraud work, to enrich learning, education and practice activities, further enhance the sense of responsibility of all Party members in narcotics control and anti-fraud work, and to promote their ability of counternarcotics and anti-fraud.

　　At the site, the method which is a "traditional + contemporary", "static + dynamic" and "online + offline” combination wasadopted for the study, realizing the immersive and panoramic experience of learning through dynamic screens, VR interactive all-in-one computers and other equipment, so that everyone can be acquainted with the knowledge comprehensively and systematically, including the types of narcotics, the harm of drug addiction, how to prevent and deal with new drugs, the development process of telecommunication fraud, the types of the cases of telecommunication fraudcrime, and the relevant laws and regulations of telecommunication fraud.

　　Through the study visit, all the Party members of the administrative service center got a deeper understanding of counternarcotics and anti-fraud knowledge. Everyone said that they would continue to improve the coverage and awareness rate of counternarcotics and anti-fraud publicity in combination with their own actual work, and contribute to the construction of a harmonious HZZK.
