　　On the morning of May 11, in order to enhance the awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation in the whole society, and popularize and promote the knowledge of disaster prevention and mitigation and skills for disaster avoidance and self-rescue among the whole people, Yang Zhifeng, Director of the HZZK Flood, Drought and Windstorm Prevention Office and Director of the HZZK Emergency Management Bureau, presided over the activity of the " HZZK Publicity and Consultation Day of 2024 Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day ". About 100 people attended and participated in the activity, and Wang Yiyi, a committee member of the HZZK Party Work Committee, the Director of the Public Security Bureau, and Tier 3 senior police sergeant, is one of them. Others include the leaders and staff of relevant member units of HZZK Disaster Mitigation Committee, the secretary of the Party Committee, the heads of Tongqiao Town and those in charge of relevant departments, staff of Emergency Response Offices in all parks and towns (streets), and staff of the Emergency Management Bureau of HZZK.

　　During the activity, there was a variety of forms for publicity: a disaster prevention and mitigation publicity knowledge corridor was set, disaster prevention and mitigation firefighting equipment was displayed, the rescue operation was demonstrated, and people were enabled to experience cardiopulmonary resuscitation demonstration teaching, disaster prevention and mitigation simulated escape channel, and simulated electric shock, etc.; and the staff members also put forward disaster prevention and mitigation knowledge award-winning questions and provided consulting services on disaster prevention and mitigation laws and regulations. At the same time, they distributed the "Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Publicity Manual", "2024 National Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day Publicity Card" and other publicity materials. In a way that is pleasing to the public, the staff popularizes the knowledge of disaster prevention and mitigation and emergency avoidance.
