This marks the entry of the Huizhou Zhongkai High tech Zone into the era of government service AI assistants.

　　The Huizhongkai High tech Zone Government Service Intelligent Support System innovatively constructs a "dual channel intelligent service matrix" by integrating with DeepSeek. Internally, the government service intelligent support system is the "smart workbench" for window staff, which can achieve real-time policy retrieval and provide accurate policy support for staff; Externally, it is a "handheld AI assistant" for the masses, creating all-weather intelligent guidance service through WeChat official account.

　　According to preliminary speculation, after the launch of the intelligent support system for government services in Zhongkai High tech Zone, Huizhou, it is expected that the efficiency of window services will increase by about 20%, and the average consultation time for staff per transaction will be shortened from 6 minutes to 3.5 minutes. The number of complaints caused by policy understanding deviations is expected to decrease by more than 70%.
