From July 1st to 4th, 2025, Zhongkai High tech Zone led representatives from the Human Resources and Social Security Office of the Smart Zone, as well as companies such as Huizhou Ruicheng Industrial Co., Ltd. and TCL Wangpai Electric (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., to visit Ningxia again to deepen labor cooperation and exchange between the eastern and western regions.
On July 2nd, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region carefully organized the "East West Hand in Hand Wisdom Gathering on the Frontier" 2025 Ningxia Cross regional Talent Exchange and Negotiation Conference and the Hundred Day, Ten Million Special Recruitment Fair. The Social Affairs Management Bureau of the Zhongkai High tech Zone Management Committee in Huizhou set up an enterprise recruitment zone, transforming into a "job express station" for job seekers, working with more than 70 companies such as TCL Ace, Desai Battery, Longqi Electronics, and Haopeng Technology to provide more than 5000 job opportunities. The dedicated area utilizes a QR code matrix wall to provide convenient job search and resume submission services for job seekers. Lai Yanghui enthusiastically introduced the development advantages and potential of Huizhou Zhongkai High tech Zone at the event, actively promoted job information, attracted the attention of many Ningxia students and citizens, and achieved seamless integration of cross regional precise talent introduction.
During the event, the delegation went to Guyuan City, Tongxin County of Wuzhong City, and Haiyuan County of Zhongwei City to have in-depth exchanges and discussions with local human resources and social security departments. Based on the previous docking results, both parties had in-depth discussions on topics such as deepening labor cooperation, promoting talent mobility, and stabilizing employment, and reached a consensus on establishing a long-term stable docking mechanism, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
On July 4th, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region launched the fourth phase of the 2025 Ningxia Stable Internal and External Live Job Exploration Special Action, focusing on promoting high-quality positions provided by companies such as TCL Ace, Desai Battery, and Longqi Electronics in Huizhou Zhongkai High tech Zone. Through cloud platforms, the company provides detailed job descriptions and career development prospects to job seekers in Ningxia. At the same time, Guyuan City, Tongxin County, and Haiyuan County simultaneously push job information, effectively extending the service radius of labor cooperation between the east and the west.
This exchange activity further consolidated the bond of labor cooperation between Guangdong and Ningxia, and promoted the smooth flow of talents between the east and the west.
