In order to thoroughly implement the requirements for the normalized security monitoring of Huizhou's government cloud, network, data and system in 2025, and further enhance the awareness of network and data security among public officials in our district, on the afternoon of August 6th, our district organized a special training session on network and data security, with more than 70 people attending.
This training specially invited Xie Chunping, Secretary General of the Huizhou Digital Government Network and Data Security Association, to give on-site lectures on government department network security risks and prevention measures, AI security risks and response methods, data security risks and solutions, etc. Interpreting laws and regulations, analyzing typical cases, and sharing experience and methods, the trainees have a clearer understanding of the entire process of discovering, reporting, handling, and summarizing network security emergencies, effectively improving their ability to prevent network security risks and emergency response to emergencies. Secretary General Xie Chunping also provided a professional interpretation of the "Regulations on the Sharing of Government Data" recently issued by the State Council, answering the three questions of "why, what, and how to do it" in a clear and concise manner, laying a solid foundation for various departments and units to accurately grasp the boundaries of responsibilities, sharing rules, directory compilation requirements, and departmental legal responsibilities.
Next, our district will strictly implement the responsibility system for network security work, strengthen the publicity and education of relevant laws and regulations, carry out network security risk investigation work, optimize the emergency response process for network security incidents, improve the level of emergency response for network security incidents, and build a strong network security barrier for the high-quality development of the entire district's economy and society.
