To deepen the industrial collaborative development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and establish a platform for industrial exchange and cooperation between Hong Kong and Zhongkai, the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, and the Hong Kong Productivity Council jointly organized the investment promotion and exchange event titled "Focusing on New Quality Productivity and Jointly Expanding New Opportunities in the Greater Bay Area" from December 11 to 12, 2025. Representatives from the Hong Kong Productivity Council and over 30 Hong Kong entrepreneurs participated in the event.

　　The event showcased the development achievements and industrial ecosystem of Zhongkai High-tech Zone in key areas of new productive forces through various formats such as on-site visits, thematic introductions, and exchange seminars. During the two-day itinerary, participants visited exemplary enterprises in the zone, including Desayi Auto Electronics Co., Ltd., Huizhou CAS Display Technology Co., Ltd., and Huizhou Yifei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. By experiencing firsthand the industrial ecosystem advantages of Zhongkai—characterized by "leading enterprises driving development, complete industrial chains, and open application scenarios"—guests gained an in-depth understanding of the technological capabilities and innovative achievements of these enterprises in fields such as intelligent automotive electronics, new display technologies, and drones. They also explored the feasibility of investment and potential collaboration opportunities in Zhongkai.  Additionally, the delegation toured the Zhongkai High-tech Zone Central Foreign Trade Quality and Efficiency Exhibition and Exchange Center, the Hong Kong and Macao Youth Entrepreneurship Base, and the China-Korea Industrial Park. Through on-site interactions, guests gained a direct understanding of the comprehensive policy support provided by Zhongkai High-tech Zone for enterprises—from initial establishment to growth and expansion—as well as high-standard industrial spaces and specialized service guarantees. They systematically learned about the zone's strengths in industrial platform development, policy support systems, and innovation and entrepreneurship environments.

　　During the event, a special investment promotion conference for Zhongkai High-Tech Zone was held, providing a comprehensive overview of the regional industrial layout, business environment, and development opportunities. The conference highlighted the zone's strengths and collaboration prospects in attracting investment across new productivity sectors such as new energy, artificial intelligence, and novel display technologies, centered around its modern industrial system of "3+N+Modern Services." It showcased Zhongkai's vast development space for various innovative entities, including Hong Kong-funded enterprises, leveraging the ecosystem of leading enterprises, complete industrial chains, and open application scenarios. The event cordially invited Hong Kong enterprises to deeply integrate into Zhongkai's industrial ecosystem and jointly participate in industrial chain collaborative innovation and open scenario co-construction. The Hong Kong Productivity Council also shared its resources and expertise in driving innovation and industrial transformation. Dr. Deng Zhongming, President of the Peking University Science Park and Executive Vice Chairman of the International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Adapting to the Times to Develop New Productivity," offering forward-looking industrial perspectives and development strategies to the attendees.

　　This event achieved positive outcomes, further enhancing Hong Kong enterprises' understanding of Zhongkai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone's industrial environment and development potential. It facilitated the exchange of information and ideas between the two regions in areas such as technology, markets, and resources. The event not only demonstrated the vitality and advantages of Zhongkai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone as a key industrial innovation platform in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, but also accumulated valuable experience for promoting high-quality regional collaborative development. It laid a practical foundation for deepening industrial cooperation in the next steps.
